All of us have key decision points in our careers and lives, and in these times of chaos it can be difficult to discern what is the right way ahead. In these seasons up can look like down and confusion is the order of the day. Add in the things of life like mortgages, family, deadlines and we begin to question our values, our goals and even our sanity.

The answer to what to do next is complicated and made more so by a lifestyle of speed and change. Hence what  we offer is at three different levels:

a) Individual sessions over a fixed period to consider options and plans.

b)  On site workshop experiences using whole brain approaches to change .

c) Residential-lived experiences in Slovenia which encompass:

  • a place that is far from the rush
  • an uncluttered period of time
  • a place where people in similarcircumstances can co-create a future that is free of competing interests
  • creative tools to enable personal innovation
  • one on one help to process issues in real time

Residential workshops  while not exclusively , are more specific in age composition because of the differing stage of life of the group. For people facing career choices in late teens and early twenties it is relatively simple to look at a gift and skill base, a personal value inventory and then to align it with the needs of the marketplace. Hey presto, jobs and careers are discovered. And  on the whole it works.

However for individuals in transition in the 35+ and 55+ brackets of life career building takes on a different meaning. Identity becomes more important than capability, and that is a more difficult road to navigate.

At events themed around transition we gather people together who are looking to make a form of change in the work-space. While acknowledging that not everyone is at the same point in a transition cycle we believe that with an attitude of openness to experience people can learn from each other using a blend of right and left brain activities.
